Customer Experience Specialist Dallas TX
The starting salary for this trainee role is $30.53 per hour which is $61500 annually.
Sign on bonus: $1500 for candidates who hold an adjusters license that is active and in good standing.

GEICO is looking for highly motivated Customer Experience Specialists who will help manage the end-to-end claims experience for GEICOs customers claimants and partners as they navigate the ins and outs of vehicle repairs.

Our industry-leading paid trainee program includes 3 weeks of required hands-on experience at our Ashburn VA training facility. Understand vehicle estimating and how to navigate the repair process and equitable settlements
Oversee rental vehicle authority
Manage the fine details of a claim like car seat replacements or additional covered policy endorsements
This is an in-office position which will require candidates to work from our Dallas TX office located at 2280 N Greenville Ave Richardson TX 75082. As a Customer Experience Specialist every day will be spent working directly with GEICO customers claimants and other interested parties like tow yards rental companies and body shops. Our Customer Experience teams support our customers on the front lines and provide support via phone email text or chat options to best serve our customers.

What Were Looking For:
Critical thinking and decision making in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Strong computer proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

High School Diploma or equivalent required bachelors degree (preferred)
