We are searching for an IT Training Specialist. In this role you will be the driving force behind the firms technology and training initiatives. You will not only empower attorneys and staff through comprehensive software training but also play a critical role in evaluating and integrating emerging legal technologies including AI tools.
Develop and conduct engaging instructor-led virtual and e-learning training programs for new hires attorneys and staff.
Assist in evaluating testing and rolling out emerging legal tech including AI-driven platforms like Microsoft Copilot and CoCounsel.
Spearhead the administration of the firms Learning Management System (LMS) and manage/update the firms Intranet.
Design clear user-friendly training materials technical documentation short-form videos and interactive modules.
Provide supplementary Help Desk support for end-user applications and assist with website content and newsletter e-blasts.
3 years of software training experience within a law firm or similarly sized multi-office legal organization is highly preferred. A Bachelors degree is also preferred.
Deep proficiency in law firm standards including Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) Windows and iManage (DeskSite/FileSite).
Familiarity with legal macro systems Adobe Acrobat Pro redlining software (CompareDocs/DeltaView) metadata scrubbers (CleanDocs) and California court e-filing processes.
Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business-friendly language for non-technical users.
Experience with ERP systems (Aderant) AI-productivity platforms VoIP systems and content creation tools (Camtasia Snagit Photoshop) is a major plus.
Salary range is between $110000 - $140000
