Job Summary

About the Role

Coordinate full-cycle ocean import shipments from origin countries to final destinations including documentation compliance carrier and broker communication shipment tracking and coordination of final-mile delivery.



Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle ocean import shipments from origin country to final destinations.
  • Prepare and review import documentation for import customs clearance.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) FMC and other regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers customs brokers overseas agents and internal departments.
  • Track trace and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing.
  • Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry in the internal system.


Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelors degree (preferred).
  • Experience in ocean import operations or international freight forwarding (preferred).
  • English and Korean bilingual (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is between $45000-$55000 yearly and your base salary will depend on your experiences qualifications and skills.
