Job Summary:
The Account Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations
including recording financial transactions preparing invoices maintaining ledgers and
assisting with reconciliations. This role requires accuracy attention to detail and a good
understanding of basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:
* Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper posting to ledgers.
* Prepare and post journal entries for expenses revenue accruals and adjustments.
* Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
* Generate and process invoices bills and receipts in a timely manner.
* Maintain and update accounting records and files (manual and electronic).
* Perform bank vendor and customer reconciliations regularly.
* Assist in monthly quarterly and year-end closing activities.
* Ensure data entry accuracy in accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks SAP
Zoho Books etc.).
* Support preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets profit & loss statements
and cash flow statements.
* Coordinate with vendors clients and internal departments for financial documentation
and payment follow-ups.
* Assist the finance team in audits and compliance-related work.
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company financial policies and
accounting standards
