Job brief:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Growth Partner to join our Growth & Marketing Department. This role involves supporting marketing initiatives building strategic partnerships and assisting with lead generation efforts. You will play a crucial role in outbound outreach collaboration and event coordination gaining hands-on experience in marketing strategies within a fast-paced environment.
1. Partnership & Outreach
- Planned and executed strategic partnerships to ensure smooth and consistent lead generation.
- Conduct outbound reach outs to educational institutes and international associations for onboarding.
- Perform in-depth market research to identify potential partners and collaboration opportunities.
- Draft and send professional emails to engage and onboard new partners.
- Maintain effective follow-ups to ensure timely communication and conversion.
2. Marketing & Administrative Support
- Assist in organizing and executing webinars campaigns and other marketing events.
- Provide support in daily administrative tasks related to marketing operations.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and sales team for post-webinar analysis and follow-ups.
3. Communication & Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and growth teams at all stages of the business funnel.
- Ensure effective communication with partners and internal teams for smooth execution of initiatives.
- Maintain records of outreach efforts responses and partnership progress.

3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in team leadership ideally in international or global sales. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate teams across cultures. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English. Multilingual skills relevant to target US markets are a plus Experience using CRM tools and analytics to drive data-informed decisions Excellent communication skills for US stakeholders; ability to work IST-US time overlap.
