Manages the creation issuance and maintenance of identification badges ensuring security compliance and excellent customer service.
Essential Functions:
- Creates issues and maintains identification badges for employees contractors visitors and other personnel ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborates with security teams to manage and update access levels in the access control system ensuring a secure and organized badging system and compliance with policies and security protocols.
- Assists with audits and reviews of access control records generating reports as needed for audits and compliance checks.
- Provides excellent customer service when handling badge requests inquiries and troubleshooting badge-related issues.
- Collaborates with HR IS and other departments to ensure efficient and effective badge management and access control.
- Maintains and updates records of issued badges and personnel information.
Education Requirement:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize shifting needs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office database management badge software).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing security protocols and operational needs.
Experience:
Customer service and administrative support experience required.
Physical Requirements:
OCCASIONALLY: Climb stairs/ladder Electricity Lifting / Carrying: 0-10 lbs Lifting / Carrying: 11-20 lbs Machinery Pushing / Pulling: 0-25 lbs
