About the role
As a Senior Advisor Process & Governance you will support the design and ongoing effectiveness of governance frameworks across Motor Claims Customer. You will translate risk and regulatory intent into clear usable practices that teams can apply in daytoday work. This role suits someone who communicates with clarity manages their time independently and brings strong motor claims experience.
What youll do
Support the design documentation and maintenance of governance frameworks that enable safe and consistent motor claims execution.
Translate policy risk and regulatory requirements into practical guidance tools and operating practices for claims teams.
Perform and support first line governance controls including monitoring adherence identifying issues and supporting remediation activities.
Partner with claims leaders risk and compliance teams to coordinate governance initiatives and manage delivery milestones.
Support knowledge governance and digital enablers to improve clarity usability and compliant execution within motor claims.
What youll bring
Proven experience in motor claims with a strong understanding of claims processes and operational risk.
At least two years experience at Suncorp with the ability to navigate internal systems frameworks and ways of working.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex governance concepts in clear practical language that supports teams to act.
Demonstrated ability to manage your own workload prioritise tasks and deliver outcomes independently within agreed timeframes.
Experience working with governance risk compliance or control environments within insurance or financial services.
