Job Description:
As a Payments Specialist you will be responsible for managing processing and verifying payment transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You will serve as a key point of contact for payment-related inquiries and ensure a smooth payment workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage payment transactions accurately.
- Verify payment information and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams regarding payment inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- U.S. resident and eligible to work in the United States.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable working 1220 hours per week.
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay: 5%8% per transaction paid monthly.
