We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and a passion for problem-solving and providing excellent customer service. As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our companys technology systems ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install configure and maintain computer systems software and networks

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions

- Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime

- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on all systems

- Implement security measures to protect company data and systems

- Provide technical support and training to employees on company technology systems

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs

- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements in our systems and processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information technology or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networks

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
