Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and review invoices for accuracy and completeness

- Enter invoices into the companys accounting system

- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices

- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies or issues with invoices

- Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices and payments

- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve any invoice-related inquiries

- Assist with month-end closing and reconciliations

- Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent with a degree in accounting or related field preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with accounting software

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
