Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager BI Architect
Business Intelligence (BI) is responsible for enabling a data driven enterprise by ensuring robust data foundations scalable BI solutions and actionable analytical insights. The BI Architect plays a pivotal role in defining BI strategy designing end to end BI and analytics architecture integrating enterprise data assets and driving best in class reporting and analytics capabilities. This role provides architectural leadership ensures technology alignment and enables business stakeholders with reliable governed and scalable data solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design end to end BI solutions covering data ingestion integration modeling reporting and analytics.
Architect scalable data pipelines analytical data models and semantic layers using appropriate technologies (e.g. SQL platforms ETL tools cloud data services).
Evaluate and select BI tools technologies and platforms; ensure architectural coherence.
Lead the design of enterprise level data models (e.g. star snowflake dimensional modeling).
Oversee data integration patterns ETL/ELT workflows and data quality standards.
Partner with data engineering teams to ensure robust data architecture and governance.
Establish best practices for metadata management lineage cataloging and documentation.
Enable advanced analytics capabilities through well structured data frameworks.
Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to ensure data readiness for modeling.
Provide high impact insights architecture for dashboards scorecards and self service BI environments.
Optimize performance of reporting ecosystems and analytical workloads.
Work closely with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into BI roadmaps.
Define BI standards processes and operating models adopted across teams.
Mentor and guide BI analysts developers and data engineers to build organizational BI maturity.
Lead cross functional initiatives driving enterprise data modernization and digital transformation.
Drive improvements in data reliability reporting automation and BI efficiency.
Identify opportunities to enhance user experience reduce manual effort and increase adoption.
Ensure compliance security and risk management across BI assets and data access patterns.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors / masters degree in engineering Information Technology Computer Science Statistics or related discipline from a recognized Indian university.
Good years of experience in Business Intelligence Data Architecture Data Engineering or related fields.
Strong expertise in designing end to end BI systems data architectures and enterprise reporting ecosystems.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL/ELT tools and data modeling frameworks.
Deep experience with BI visualization platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau Qlik).
Hands on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. Azure AWS GCP) and modern data architectures.
Strong understanding of data governance data quality and metadata frameworks.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategic needs into technical architecture.
Excellent leadership communication and cross functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in designing large scale distributed data architectures (e.g. lakehouse data mesh data warehouses).
Familiarity with scripting/programming for analytics (e.g. Python R).
Certifications in BI cloud or architecture (e.g. Azure Solution Architect AWS Data Analytics).
Prior experience leading BI modernization cloud migration or enterprise wide data transformation programs.
Exposure to DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines version control (e.g. Git) and automation frameworks.
