Job Summary
What an exciting time to join the DELTA FM team down at Roxby with so much growth on the horizon we need an estimator / project scheduler!

This sitebased role is handson working closely with trades contractors and project teams to plan and price a diverse range of construction refurbishment and upgrade projects across a large accommodation village and residential precinct.
THE PERSON
You understand how projects operate in FM construction mining or capital works.
- Experience in estimating and/or scheduling in FM construction or maintenance coordination
- Ability to read drawings and technical documents
- Strong Excel and scheduling software skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisation
- Confidence working with trades contractors and internal teams
- WHS and site compliance understanding
- Ability to juggle competing priorities
- Remote/resourcesector experience (nice to have)
Ideal backgrounds include Scheduler Estimator Project Coordinator Maintenance Planner or tradequalified professionals moving into project support.
THE POSITION
Scheduling
- Coordinate planned/reactive works
- Liaise with contractors and operations
- Align schedules with resources and contract requirements
Estimating
- Prepare cost estimates BOQs and budgets
- Review drawings/specs
- Manage tenders and pricing
- Identify costsaving opportunities
Compliance & Reporting
- Support variations progress claims and contract reviews
- Provide accurate scheduling and cost reports

Youll be working amongst a Camp and Accommodation Maintenance team of approximately 60 Delta FM Team on a site comprising of 2650 rooms in Village 500 homes in Roxby Downs and another 462 in Minesite. Site includes amenities such as Pools BBQs Gym Squash Room Outdoor area with Courts etc. Flights are from Adelaide Airport approx. 90 mins or DIDO from Roxby Downs.
