Job Summary

This sitebased role is handson working closely with trades contractors and project teams to plan and price a diverse range of construction refurbishment and upgrade projects across a large accommodation village and residential precinct.

THE PERSON

We are looking for someone who understands how projects run on the ground - ideally from a construction FM mining or capital works background.

You will bring:

Experience in estimating and/or scheduling within FM construction or capital works
Ability to read drawings scopes and technical documentation
Strong Excel and scheduling software skills
Excellent accuracy organisation and attention to detail
Confidence working with trades supervisors procurement and contractors
Understanding of WHS and site compliance requirements
Experience in remote or resourcesector environments (advantageous)

You will be working amongst a Camp and Accommodation Maintenance team of approximately 60 Delta FM Team on a site comprising of 2650 rooms in ODV around 500 rooms in RDV and a maintenance portfolio of around 460 BHP owned homes. Site includes amenities such as Pools BBQs Gym Squash Room Outdoor area with Courts etc. Flights are from Adelaide Airport approx. 90 mins or DIDO from Roxby Downs.
