Job Summary

At a minimum this position requires:
Active Top Secret Clearance
Bachelors degree from a fully credited college or university
Ten (10) years of operational fleet experience qualified in an Undersea Warfare
(USW) specialty area (Submarines NSW Intelligence EOD/Diving or Engineering
Duty) or experience supporting Flag/General Officer-level staffs responsible for
operations acquisitions or resource programs management to support a broad
understanding of technical requirements of data calls and presentations
Demonstrated experience in technical and program execution management
support related to analysis technology improvement and reporting of S&T and
space-based remote sensing program scientific and engineering research
Demonstrated experience preparing and finalizing reports related to historic
current and planned program accomplishments for Flag Officer Congressional
Staff and public presentation
Experience coordinating with executive program officer/manager staff personnel
and other stake holders to ensure processes and workflows function efficiently

Desired additional qualifications:
Experience in Navy ERP or similar SAP experience
Fleet Engineering qualification(s)
Data science certification(s)
Masters degree in a technical field business or public management
Experience working with the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI)
Completion of core training requirements required for Defense Acquisition
Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Science and Technology Manager (S&TM)
Level I or completion of Foundational training requirements for Engineering and
Technical Management
Requirement for 10 years of experience may be reduced to eight (8) years of
experience with current certification as a Program Management Professional (PMP)
