Key Responsibilities:
- Thorough knowledge in financial accounting principles providing financial due diligence and/or other transaction-related services to public and private corporates
- Adopt a skeptical mindset and apply industry knowledge in establishing the underlying trends and drivers
- Identify and recommend risk mitigation in connection with the due diligence findings.
- Manage and lead assigned interns and analysts and collaborate with other teams where necessary.
- Identify deal issues financial implications and propose recommendations.
- Produce crisp and high-quality due diligence presentations and reports.
- Support senior management in managing proposals client engagements and projects on an end-to-end basis.
- Contribute to Transactions related activities research and other projects within the function.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years (Consultant) or 6 years
- (Senior Consultant) similar experience in a reputed firm in Audit M&A Advisory Corporate Finance
- Bachelors degree in Finance/Economics or Member or a final level candidate of CFA/ICASL/CIMA/ACCA
- Excellent report writing skills communication with attention to detail
- An interest in all aspects of Transaction Services including a working understanding of quality of earnings net debt and net working capital
- Analytical skills and inquiring mindset (experience in external audit and knowledge in different industries would be added advantages)
- Leader and Team player fluent with MS office tools having expertise in MS Excel is a prerequisite.
- Committed and enthusiastic with a high level of integrity and professionalism
