Job Summary
Associate/Executive Compliance & Integrity Services
Join our compliance team to help clients achieve their Integrity agenda.
The Opportunity
You will advise on multiple and challenging regulatory advisory and compliance engagements related to privacy & data protection corporate governance anti-bribery & anti-corruption etc.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Identifying understanding and escalating clients compliance risk events/issues in a timely manner and focusing on fixing the root causes of the issues.
- Leading development of recommendations and solution implementation plans on complex compliance issues.
- Undertaking legal and regulatory research and assess and evaluate the impact of changes in applicable legislation and best international practices.
- Maintaining effective client relationships
- Drafting regulatory alerts thought leadership materials about changes to legislation and regulations.
- Supporting the business to identify and reach out to potential clients.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Minimum of 1-3 experience in compliance corporate secretarial legal risk related areas.
- Following or completed an academic/professional qualification in Law Secretarial Business Management or any other related qualification.
- Proven high-quality spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
