About the Role
Are you ready to take the next step in your career Our Transaction Services team are seeking either a Manager or Senior Manager to be part of our wider Deal Advisory service line in Perth.
As a Manager / Senior Manager you will work closely with clients across diverse industries. You will lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements and support a variety of other corporate finance projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial due diligence assignments on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored transaction solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members fostering professional development within the team.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality timely advisory services.
About You
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in transaction services
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple client engagements effectively
