Job Summary
- Serve as a complex role to support daily HR operations of The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong and W Hong Kong
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Actively involve in talent acquisition from the hiring and screening process to onboarding arrangement
- Maintain employee records attendance and leave records according to hotel policy and legal requirements
- Provide support in all-round human resources services ranging from recruitment compensation and benefits training and daily HR operations which deemed necessary
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management
- 5 years or above of relevant experience preferably in hotel industry
- A team player with outgoing personalities
- Passionate and service oriented
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
