About the Role
As an Assistant Chief Concierge you will be providing personalized guest assistance to ensure every guest enjoys convenience and comfort throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Concierge in overseeing daily Concierge operations and ensuring service excellence.
- Manage guest feedback and conduct regular quality reviews leading the team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Establish and maintain operational standards procedures and daily/weekly checklists.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business retail tourism and transportation partners including designated external service providers.
- Prepare staff rosters and monitor labour costs to ensure alignment with budget requirements.
- Enhance Departmental productivity through effective stock control and expenditure planning.
- Identify training needs and support ongoing staff development.
- Perform any other duties and special projects assigned by Management.
About You
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other relevant disciplines.
- At least 5 years of Concierge experience in luxury Hotels with similar capacities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
- Good leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable and guest-oriented team players.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
