Pay : HK$69414 to HK$87341 (HMPS Point 3 to 8) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to one of the Senior Human Resources Managers the Human Resources Manager will lead one of the Teams in the Human Resources Division oversees the day-to-day operations in one or more HR functional areas develop and implement HR initiatives and projects in line with the direction of the Cluster and the Hospital Authority.
Entry Requirements
1. A university degree or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years post-qualification managerial experience in Human Resources at junior management level (i.e. Executive Officer II or equivalent level).
Preferred Attributes
1. Good knowledge in employment-related legislations and human resources policies and practices.
2. Hands-on experience in one or more human resources functions in particular remuneration & benefits functions.
3. Good interpersonal motivational and influencing skills.
4. Detail-minded with good observation and strong analytical skills.
5. Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
6. Flexibility and creativity without abandoning values and principles.
7. A positive and proactive mindset.
8. Excellent computer skills.
