Job Summary

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive KYC (e.g. PEP caution list) and CDD for High-Net-Worth client on-boarding process as well as periodic CDD reviews for existing clients according companys standard.
  • Perform risk assessment for individual new business applications in accordance with the companys underwriting guidelines risk appetite and service pledge
  • Daily operations and ad-hoc project as assigned
  • Compliance with external and internal policies
  • Monitor daily task volumes and identify improvement opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience throughout new business application journey and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with distribution channels to facilitate the underwriting services

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferably in business administration finance or a related field
  • Relevant experience in CDD/KYC/AML Compliance in banking or financial institutions
  • Knowledge of insurance operations procedures insurance products and customer requirements would be an advantage.
  • Strong customer orientation mindset with good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills work independent multi-tasking open-minded a good team player customer service skills
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize and work to tight timeframes
