Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Provides contract related advice and counsel across broad business areas.
Works with internal legal counsel to provide advice on contract provisions content and risk management for business development new commercial relationships and other business activity.
Interprets contractual terms and conditions and guides supported teams and management to ensure their understanding and agreement.
Engages with sales marketing product customer care and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination on contract and related matters.
Advises stakeholders on risk identification and mitigation within the commercial context.
Provides guidance and interpretation to sales and other stakeholders (i.e. finance product support) on contractual rights obligations risk assessment and clarification of agreed terms and conditions.
Works with the business to monitor and revise existing contract policies and practices in accordance with changing business client and other requirements.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 6-8 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
