Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell assigned medical products to doctors specialists hospitals clinics and other healthcare institutions.
- Conduct regular client visits to demonstrate product features provide samples and deliver product presentations.
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities market trends and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to optimize strategies and product positioning.
- Attend medical conferences trainings and product workshops as required.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and forecasting reports.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory ethical and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Nursing Pharmacy Life Sciences Business or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry operations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
