As the Director Sales Specialist Leader you will lead a team of domain experts direct and matrixed reporting lines focused on consultative high-impact solutions. Youll shape the strategic direction of the specialist sales function partner with senior leaders across product marketing and vertical sales and ensure alignment with enterprise and international goals. You will also align with and enable our regional sales teams to ensure our GTM strategy for our Fraud Solutions is supported and executed consistently. This role is pivotal in scaling our CRS & Fraud solutions business and elevating TransUnions position as a market leader.
What Youll Bring:
- 12 years of experience in Credit fraud identity or risk management industries with leadership in global sales strategy or product.
- Proven success in leading specialist sales teams and driving enterprise-level growth.
- Deep understanding of industry trends tools & technologies competitive market regulatory environments and customer challenges across regions.
- Strong consultative selling and executive engagement skills with a focus on ROI and TCO-based value propositions.
- Experience influencing across a matrixed organization and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Strategic thinker with analytical acumen and a bias for action.
- Excellent communication storytelling and leadership presence.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience in scaling CRS Fraud Marketing solutions across multiple industries in Asia Pacific
- Track record of building high-performing teams and fostering talent development.
- Familiarity with technologies such as behavioral analytics device intelligence and orchestration platforms.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and digital identity frameworks.
- Willingness for purposeful international travel.
Impact Youll Make:
- Leading and developing a high-performing global team of Solutions Sales Specialists.
- Defining and executing the strategic vision for specialist sales engagement across verticals
- Partnering with vertical Leaders regional sales leaders and international stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and drive execution.
- Driving new business acquisition strategies and expanding existing client relationships through value-based selling.
- Overseeing account planning and engagement strategies for all clients in region
- Collaborating with product marketing and market planning to launch GTM campaigns and support solution innovation.
- Championing the voice of the customer to inform product development and roadmap prioritization.
- Monitoring performance metrics pipeline health and market trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Representing TransUnion at industry events advisory boards and executive forums.
- Promoting a culture of collaboration transparency and continuous development across the team.
This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.
