Engineering Manager - CRM
CallPotential is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. This role focuses on driving product success through a strong understanding of systems thinking and integration. The Engineering Manager will lead the team in developing high-quality software solutions optimizing processes and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
What Youll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers promoting inclusivity high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Implement efficient engineering processes using systems thinking and integration.
- Guide architectural decisions and drive innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Design and Operations. Manage project timelines and resources focusing on delivering high-quality customer-centric products.
- Foster a culture of trust and collaboration encouraging open communication and feedback.
- Utilize modern software development methodologies to streamline processes. What Youll Need
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role within the payments industry.
- Proven experience in designing executing and managing complex CRM systems preferably with exposure to emerging CRM technologies and trends.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C# Python Node or similar and familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools.
- Solid experience in Cloud DevOps practices and proficiency with data lake architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Strong understanding of operational controls and best practices.
- Proficiency in PHP AWS and Linus preferred
