Job Summary

Work Details
Timing: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Week Off: Rotational
Weekend availability preferred
Role Overview
Broot is looking for a responsible and detail-orientated eCommerce account executive to manage our Shopify website and support overall store operations. The candidate will handle product listings stock coordination and order processing while ensuring smooth day-to-day online and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update products on the Shopify website.
Create and optimise product listings (pricing images descriptions).
Monitor and manage online stock availability.
Process online orders (packaging dispatch delivery coordination).
Coordinate with courier partners for timely shipments.
Handle customer queries related to online orders.
Support retail store operations when required.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in eCommerce or retail operations.
Basic knowledge of Shopify or similar platforms.
Good coordination and organisational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Salary:
15000 to 22000 per month (depending on interview performance and experience).
