Job Summary
Position: Ticketing Executive (Immediate Joining) Company: Bluespirit Location: Nashik Maharashtra India Contract Details: Full-time Bluespirit is a leading travel and tourism company based in Nashik Maharashtra. We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Ticketing Executive to join our team on an immediate basis. As a Ticketing Executive you will be responsible for handling ticketing and reservation requests from clients ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for them. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service maintaining accurate records and coordinating with airlines and other travel agencies. Responsibilities: - Receive and process ticketing and reservation requests from clients - Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules fares and availability - Book and issue tickets and make necessary changes or cancellations as per clients request - Coordinate with airlines and other travel agencies to ensure timely and efficient travel arrangements - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of all ticketing and reservation transactions - Keep up-to-date with industry trends regulations and procedures - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in using computer reservation systems (CRS) and Microsoft Office - Knowledge of ticketing and reservation procedures and regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required If you are passionate about the travel industry and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service we would love to have you on our team.
