Job Summary
Position: Store Manager Beauty Retail Pavillion Bukit Jalil
Location: Petaling Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3K-RM6K per month Commission RM100-RM1.5K per month Overtime RM100-RM1K per month
Full time WFH
Oversee all aspects of store operations including sales customer service inventory management and visual merchandising to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Manage and motivate a team of retail staff providing training coaching and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels conducting regular stock audits and implementing loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and ensure accurate record-keeping
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and customers
Create visually appealing displays and maintain store aesthetics according to brand standards ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers
Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
