Investment Associate Digital Infrastructure

Join our growing Digital Infrastructure team within L&G Asset Management where youll play a key role in analysing investing in and managing opportunities across data centres fibre networks wireless infrastructure and managed service businesses. Youll be part of a collaborative team investing both L&G balance sheet capital and thirdparty client funds across the UK Europe and selectively North America.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to highimpact investments in a fastevolving sector while developing your skills in a supportive environment.

What youll be doing:

• Supporting deal sourcing and screening across digital infrastructure opportunities
• Conducting sector research and assessing market trends
• Performing investment analysis including building and reviewing DCF and other financial models
• Managing advisors and reviewing duediligence outputs
• Preparing highquality investment papers for investment committees
• Assisting in portfolio management activities including reviewing reporting and observing board meetings
• Contributing to wider strategy development fundraising and corporate initiatives
• Collaborating with colleagues across the business and building strong working relationships

Qualifications :

Who were looking for:

• ACA or CFA qualification (or progressing towards one)
• Previous experience in investment banking Big 4 corporate finance private equity or investment roles
• Strong financial modelling skills especially DCF and LBO analysis
• Ability to interpret financial statements and understand capital structures
• Clear confident written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical judgement and commercial awareness
• A proactive selfstarting approach with resilience and curiosity
• Fluency in at least one European language (German French Spanish or Italian)
