 Key Responsibilities

Youll work directly with the founder to modernize and scale Prestige IFA Jobs focusing on:

1. SEO & Content Optimization
   • Audit and optimize 100 job pages for search rankings (target: top 3 for keywords like IFA jobs Dubai).
   • Research and implement high-impact keywords using tools like Ahrefs SEMrush or SurferSEO.
   • Write or edit blog posts job descriptions and newsletters to boost engagement.
   • Build backlinks through guest posts and partnerships.
2. Website & UX Improvements
   • Redesign elements of the website (WordPress/PageLayer) to improve user experience and conversions.
   • A/B test landing pages and CTAs to increase signups/applications.
   • Integrate analytics tools (Hotjar Google Analytics) to track user behavior.
3. Digital Marketing & Automation
   • Grow social media presence (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook) with engaging content.
   • Automate email campaigns (Mailchimp/ConvertKit) to nurture leads.
   • Set up chatbots/AI tools (ManyChat Zapier) for candidate inquiries.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
   • Track KPIs (traffic conversions bounce rates) and present monthly reports.
   • Identify trends (e.g. top-performing job listings high-traffic regions).
5. Tech & Innovation
   • Explore AI tools (Jasper Canva) to streamline workflows.
   • Recommend new platforms (CRM automation tools).
