Maintenance Operations
- Support technicians in fixing breakdowns and resolving technical downtimes during escalations.
- Ensure accurate and timely data input by technicians into maintenance systems.
- Push activities toward preventive maintenance rather than reactive problem-solving.
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze maintenance data to identify recurring issues and systemic weaknesses.
- Derive and implement improvement projects based on data-driven insights.
- Facilitate structured problem-solving sessions to find true root causes and prevent recurrence.
Engineering Collaboration
- Work closely with the engineering section to improve unstable machine designs and enhance reliability.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for design improvements based on maintenance insights.
Cost Control & Optimization
- Understand and analyze maintenance costs including spare parts labor and downtime impact.
- Develop and implement measures to reduce overall maintenance costs without compromising quality or safety.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies root cause analysis and reliability engineering.
- Familiarity with PLC systems and automation troubleshooting is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage costs and lead improvement projects.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
