Support end-to-end multi-country payrollfor a financial services firm partnering with HR Finance/Treasury and payroll vendors to ensure accurate compliant on-time payroll deliveryincluding funding statutory taxes and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end payrollfor multiple jurisdictions (inputs validations processing reconciliations reporting).
- Coordinate payroll fundingwith Finance/Treasury (gross-to-net funding instructions deadlines).
- Support tax and statutory compliance(withholding social insurance filings support year-end activities).
- Manage/coordinate with outsourced payroll providersand resolve issues.
- Deliver excellent employee payroll support(responsive clear confidential).
- Maintain payroll data quality and documentation; contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 12 years payroll experience across 2 countries within: Ireland UK UAE Switzerland Hungary Estonia
- Strong working knowledge of payroll controls reconciliations taxes/statutory deductions and funding
- Strong Excel skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Certifications: CIPP/E APA IPASS preferred
- Familiar with global HCM products: Dayforce preferred
