Role Purpose

The Digital Campaign Specialist will plan implement and optimise integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive student recruitment brand awareness and lead generation. The role requires strong technical ability commercial acumen and creativity to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results across domestic and international markets.

This role will also manage all social media channels using paid and organic campaigns to drive interest in the Colleges courses and maintain and develop the College website.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (paid search paid social display video etc.) in line with recruitment and brand objectives and budgets with a focus on building and optimising campaigns across multiple platforms..

  • Ensure paid campaigns deliver effectively and have clear ROI reporting.

  • Overseeing the Colleges main social media platforms and replying to messages promptly on social media channels

  • Website management: Maintain and develop the College website to enhance user experience and ensure content is up-to-date

  • Work collaboratively with the Content Specialist and Performance & CRM Specialist to align messaging targetingcontent and timing across all channels.

  • Monitor campaign performance daily; analyse and adjust creative targeting and bidding strategies to optimise results.

  • Work closely with any external agencies on SEO and PPC campaigns. Deliver research analytics and insights. Implement agency recommendations as required.

  • Oversee digital advertising assets ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.

  • Utilising analytical tools such as Google Analytics to monitor performance generate reports and apply insights to improve future marketing approaches.

  • Coordinate with international and domestic recruitment teams to ensure campaign activity supports conversion goals.

  • Produce post-campaign reports with insights learnings and recommendations.

  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing tools and trends relevant to the education sector.

  • Other tasks as required to meet the demands of the business in accordance with company objectives.

  • Provide marketing support to the team across all recruitment areas and work constructively with colleagues in a creative collaborative cross-departmental/cross-project environment.

Person Specification

Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing Digital Media or a related field.

  • 3 years experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta and LinkedIn (education or commercial sector experience desirable).

  • Proven track record in optimising performance and managing substantial budgets.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics Looker Studio etc.).

  • Creative mindset and ability to translate insights into engaging campaigns.

  • Search PPC knowledge including account and keyword strategies Remarketing KPIs and targets script development / account automation tools and related products.

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of social and digital marketing.
