Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Conduct regular HR data analysis and reporting for decision-making
- Implement training and development programs for continuous employee growth
- Collaborate with management to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven work experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India
