Experience: 5 to 8 Years in FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing HR Operations
Job Role:
To manage HR Operations & Execution for office factory and field employees ensuring seamless coordination across the employee lifecycle and maintaining compliance accuracy and operational excellence.
Salary: 4.5 LPA - 6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Execution & Onboarding
2. Attendance & Leave Management - Monitor and validate daily attendance for office sales and factory staff in HRMS Software.
3. Employee Renewals & for Third Party Salary processing
4. Factory & Sales HR Coordination
5. Training Execution & Engagement Initiatives
6. Exit Management & Operational HR Administration
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR operations payroll input management and statutory rules.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with field factory and HO teams.
- High attention to detail documentation accuracy and process discipline.
- Proficiency in MS Excel HRMS platforms (Darwin box preferred) SAP and reporting.
- Ability to handle confidential data with integrity and professionalism.
