Job Summary

Profile:Project Manager-MEP-150k

Experience:

8 to 15 Years of relevant experience
Mandatory experience in HVAC Fire Fighting & Mechanical Projects
Strong experience in End-to-End Project & Site Management

Salary Range: 58k - 150k

Roles:

Handle complete end-to-end execution of MEP projects (HVAC & Fire Fighting).
Plan execute monitor and close projects within defined timelines & budgets.
Manage multiple project sites across locations (Pan India).
Lead site engineers supervisors contractors & subcontractors.
Oversee HVAC system installation ducting piping & fire-fighting systems execution.
Ensure quality control safety compliance & adherence to industry standards.
Coordinate with clients consultants architects & internal design teams.
Conduct site visits project review meetings & progress reporting to management.
Monitor material procurement vendor coordination & resource planning.
Ensure compliance with NBC IS Codes & project specifications.
Prepare project schedules MIS reports billing coordination & documentation.
Resolve technical and site-level challenges proactively.

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Considered with strong experience)
PMP / Project Management Certification (Added Advantage)
Willingness to travel Pan India
