Dutch-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hybrid)

Introduction

A multinational BPO company specializing in customer support and sales services for renowned global brands is seeking a motivated Dutch-speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist. Based in either Lisbon or Porto Portugal this role is focused on identifying and attracting top-tier talent to support international teams. Your Role

  • Candidate Sourcing: Attract potential candidates through various channels including internal databases social media platforms and job fairs.
  • Assessment: Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate applicants knowledge skills experience and cultural fit.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with different departments and hiring managers to validate requirements and streamline the selection process.
  • Onboarding: Prepare and guide new hires through the onboarding process to ensure successful integration into the company.
  • Candidate Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Data Management: Create update and maintain accurate analytical reports and recruitment databases.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Native or fluent in Dutch (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills; fluent in English (B2 level).
  • Education: University degree preferably in Human Resources Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with modern recruitment methods sourcing techniques and candidate assessment tools.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and managing resume databases.
  • Attributes: Exceptional organizational and presentation skills with a positive can-do attitude and a focus on community building.

The Offer

  • Location: Modern offices in Lisbon or Porto Portugal with a location close to the beach.
  • Remuneration: Competitive wages with 14 monthly payments per year and a monthly performance bonus.
  • Contract: 12-month contract with a 30-day trial period; full-time schedule (Monday to Friday 09:0018:00).
  • Relocation Support: Reimbursed airfare and provided accommodation support (temporary accommodation included) for candidates moving from abroad.
