Based in Lisbon this role involves providing specialized chat-based support to sales teams and advertisers on a major digital advertising platform. Your Role
- Live Chat Support: Provide real-time assistance to B2B clients including internal sales teams and external advertisers exclusively via live chat.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve platform-related technical issues efficiently.
- Ticketing & Documentation: Use ticketing tools to accurately track document and manage all customer interactions.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex or high-level technical cases to the appropriate departments.
- Platform Expertise: Maintain comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of the platforms features tools and frequent updates.
- Quality Standards: Ensure a high level of accuracy responsiveness and professional service quality in every interaction.
Your Qualifications
- Languages: Native-level fluency in Austrian German (C2) and a strong command of English (B2). Note: Standard German is not accepted for this role as it requires specific familiarity with Austrian linguistic nuances.
- Experience: Minimum of 2.5 years of professional experience in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support.
- B2B Skills: Prior experience managing B2B communications via chat or ticketing systems is a significant advantage.
- Tech-Savvy: Highly adaptable to new digital tools and frequent platform updates.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a structured fast-paced environment.
