Introduction A leading international customer experience provider is recruiting French-speaking Customer Support Advisors for an on-site role in Braga Portugal. You will support a global mobility and car subscription service that operates in over 70 this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers ensuring a professional and high-quality service experience across various reservation and billing topics.

Your Role * Customer Support: Assist customers via phone and email in a professional service-oriented manner.

Subscription Management: Manage reservations changes and cancellations for car subscriptions.
Financial Queries: Handle billing and payment-related inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
Service Information: Provide clear and relevant information regarding car subscription options and service modalities.
Data Management: Accurately collect and register customer information in internal systems for full traceability.
Brand Loyalty: Process incoming contact requests promptly to maintain customer trust and long-term loyalty.

Your Qualifications * Languages: Native or C2-level proficiency in French (spoken and written).

Communication: Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and empathetic mindset.
Technical Skills: Comfortable working with digital tools internal platforms and managing data with high attention to detail.
Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a service-oriented role is an advantage.
Attributes: Reliable organized and capable of managing customer interactions independently.
Precision: Ability to handle sensitive billing-related topics with accuracy.
