Job Summary

About the Role


Were looking for an organized energetic Learning & Development Coordinator to support the execution of our training onboarding and learning events. This role ensures L&D initiatives run smoothly by managinglogistics scheduling tracking and follow-through while proactivelyidentifyingrisks or gaps.Youllpartner closely with the L&D Lead to support programs onboarding and events across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Training Webinars & Learning Programs

  • Coordinate end-to-endlogisticsfor virtual and in-person training including scheduling registration communications and materials.

  • Manage attendance tracking post-training surveys and reporting.

  • Provide basic live-session support and escalate issues as needed.

  • Support LMS administration and learning content updates including publishing content and creating simple instructional recordings.

  • Serve as an officer for the corporate Toastmasters program supportinglogisticsand execution.

Events & In-Person Learning Support

  • Coordinatelogisticsfor in-person hybrid and cohort-based learning events.

  • Manage venue hotel vendor and travel coordination as needed.

  • Provide day-of event support and capture notes action items and feedback.

  • Support post-event communications and follow-up.

Onboarding Execution & Tracking

  • Execute onboardinglogisticsfor new hires and interns within established frameworks.

  • Tracksubmit and distribute required new hire forms and documentation to relevant teams.

  • Schedule onboarding sessions and track completion across departments.

  • Manage onboarding documentation and reporting.

  • Flag delays or issues and provide recommendations to the L&D Lead.

Coordination Tracking & Process Support

  • Serve as the operational point of contact for L&Dlogistics tracking and coordination.

  • Prepare basic reports on training participation onboarding progress and program completion.

  • Partner with Career Development on internships mentoring and development initiatives.

  • Maintainaccuratedocumentation andidentifyopportunities to improve processes.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent follow-through

  • Self-motivated adaptable and comfortable working independently

  • Strong communicationand collaboration skills

  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • AssociatesorBachelors degree in Business Human Resources Psychology Communications Education ora relatedfield.

  • Previousexperience in administrative coordination or project support roles is a plus.
