Job Summary
Your mission
- Develop and expand XCMG Earthmoving Equipment sales across France
- Build and manage a high-performing dealer network
- Acquire and grow rental company partnerships nationwide
- Develop and manage key accounts
- Achieve annual sales and market share targets
- Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback
- Coordinate pricing and product improvements with HQ in China
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years construction machinery sales experience in France
- Strong knowledge of French market
- Proven track record in Earthmoving Equipment sales
- Experience with dealers and rental companies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Autonomous field-oriented result-driven mindset
- Fluent French and professional English required for daily communication
