Your Role

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of customer projects within our Automation Solutions portfolio. Your mission begins with a strong focus on ensuring structured execution clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders from project kick-off through implementation and beyond.

Acting as the central coordination point between customers internal teams and partners you will drive project success by balancing scope time and budget while ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer journey. By aligning customer requirements with our product and delivery capabilities you will contribute directly to the successful deployment of our solutions in real-world environments.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute customer projects from initiation through implementation and support
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams (engineering software/robotics production customer service)
  • Manage timelines budgets resources and overall project structure to ensure successful delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparent consistent communication
  • Analyze and document customer processes requirements and system interfaces
  • Align customer needs with arculus solutions in collaboration with product and technical teams
  • Support commercial activities such as offer creation and project scoping
  • Identify assess and manage project risks proactively
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization

Your Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management ideally in technical or industrial environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects including scheduling budgeting and stakeholder coordination
  • Experience in requirements engineering and aligning customer needs with technical solutions
  • Strong understanding of customer processes and system integration contexts
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships and drive collaboration across teams
  • Familiarity with industrial automation intralogistics or software-driven systems is a plus
