The Business Performance Academy (BPA) creates facilitates and delivers transformational learning experiences structured and tailored development pathways and immersive futurefocused content across the Business & Wealth division.
We are on a journey to becoming a world-class Banker training Academy with a clear vision and strategy on how to get there. To help drive our strategy we are looking for an energetic and driven leader of leaders. A leader who will be a trusted partner to senior stakeholdersturning strategy into action by leading a large team designing and delivering high impact learning experiences that build enduring capability at scale.
What is the Role
You will grow a high performing team and modernise how we learnbringing innovation discipline and momentum to the way capability is built and delivered across the Academy and setting the standard for impact across the division.
