Design & Production Lead

Ready to bring big ideas to life 

As our Design & Production Lead youll sit at the heart of JAGs marketing team owning the design of high-quality creative across multiple brands and channels. From large-scale campaigns to everyday design projects youll bring precision and creativity to ensure every asset is on-brand engaging and executed flawlessly. 

Youll also take the lead on production management; coordinating suppliers managing timelines and continuously improving how we deliver creative work at scale. If you are someone who enjoys a fast pace hands-on design and optimising how things get done- this is for you! 

What youll be doing  

• Design high-quality creative across paid media web social video and print 

• Deliver and roll out complex campaign concepts across multiple brands 

• Transform briefs into polished production-ready assets that hit the mark 

• Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all touchpoints 

• Lead production workflows from concept through to final delivery 

• Manage external designers printers and production partners 

• Improve systems templates workflows and digital asset management 

• Maintain design libraries templates and file governance standards 

Qualifications :

Who are we looking for 

Youre a creative thinker with a production mindset. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced multi-brand environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work every time. 

Youll bring: 

• 35 years experience in a design role within a complex or multi-brand environment 

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Canva 

• Strong attention to detail across design proofreading and file accuracy 

• Experience managing production workflows and external suppliers 

• Agency experience well-regarded but not essential 

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines 

• A proactive solutions-focused approach and a growth mindset 

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability 

• Up-to-date knowledge of digital design trends and platform requirements
