Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaise with suppliers collect required documentation manage queries and maintain accurate filing.
- Verify and process invoices ensure correct supporting documents and submit authorised invoices to Head Office.
- Capture financial documents on the system and meet daily processing targets.
- Request and reconcile supplier statements follow up on outstanding items and ensure timely creditor payments.
- Prepare client invoices with required backup monitor debtor ageing and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Create approve and track purchase orders on INFOR EAM; ensure correct documentation and monthly accrual updates.
- Prepare payment proposals and assist with monthly reporting and audits.
- Manage ordering and stock levels of stationery consumables and uniforms; conduct price checks as required.
- Comply with Tsebos SHEQ policies and perform reasonable duties requested by management.
