JOB DESCRIPTION:-
Ensure HC delivery to business through effective planning absenteeism assumption and studying external impact like weather festival etc.
Lead employee connect and engagement: Engage with employees to ensure higher morale and productivity handle grievance employee query etc.
Proactive sensing of ER issues and timely escalation to leadership as required
Proficient in data analysis report & dashboard preparation through effective usage of HRIS and MS excel office
Stake holder Management : Critical part of this role is stake holder management including and not limited to Operations Leaders manpower agency transportation and canteen vendors etc.
Basic qualification and skill:
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of ER compliance will be added advantage
Demonstrated high level of integrity intellectual honesty and work ethic.
Consistent effort commitment and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
Effective team player acts like an owner and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards
- Bachelors degree in any field of study
- MBA or Masters degree
