Find Hub, a leading provider of IT System Design Services in Delhi, India, is seeking an efficient HR Assistant to join our team on a contract this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the HR department's daily operations, contributing to the company's overall success and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities smoothly.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and HR events.
- Support in performance management processes and documentation.
- Help ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices is a plus.
- Prior experience in an administrative HR role would be beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
- Experience with HRIS software.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
