Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team as a Team Manager – HRBP supporting our Automation Business Unit. This role is critical in driving key people initiatives strategic talent management and organizational effectiveness across the business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of HR expertise business acumen and stakeholder management to influence change and align HR strategies with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Effectiveness
- Drive operational excellence across the Automation team by planning executing and tracking key HR initiatives.
- Enhance HR service delivery by introducing process rigor and supporting critical HR projects aligned with business goals.
Strategic Talent Management
- Support the identification of talent strengths and gaps.
- Contribute to the design and execution of strategic talent plans including succession planning internal mobility and learning & development opportunities.
People Planning
- Provide insights and feedback into the development and execution of the business unit’s People Plan.
- Implement a comprehensive plan covering areas such as talent management leadership development diversity & inclusion and culture building.
Change Management
- Lead and manage change initiatives related to structure culture or business-specific transformations.
- Assess internal drivers and external risks to develop and execute effective change strategies that enable smooth adoption across teams.
Leadership & Team Performance
- Recommend inclusive leadership practices and deliver interventions aimed at improving team and leadership performance.
- Coach and support leaders in driving engagement accountability and results.
Business Alignment
- Translate business strategy into HR initiatives and priorities.
- Partner with business leaders to align organizational goals with people strategies ensuring measurable impact on business outcomes.
