Digital Marketing
Manage online marketing initiatives for the hotel. Plan and execute marketing campaigns at a property level enabling a customized and need based online marketing. Core role is to optimize the website marketing manage the use of the Marriott Communications tool online content management tools for third parties &/or Marriott branded websites manage and execute online advertising plan and be the primary owner of all relevant online reporting.
Social Media Content Creator
The Content Creator role involves crafting compelling marketing copy generating industry-related content and promoting our brand on social charge of creating engaging on-brand content from concept to delivery helping to enhance the brand presence and drive audience engagement across multiple platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write review edit and update content for hotel websites and marketing materials while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Conduct research and interviews to understand current trends and perceptions and contextualize findings.
- Engage consumers and respond to inquiries or complaints via social media platforms
- Monitor social media and website metrics utilizing SEO to increase traffic.
- Create and manage various forms of social media content for platforms like Twitter Facebook Instagram and YouTube..
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of social media trends hashtags and engagement strategy
- Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
MARKETING INITIATIVES MANAGED BY THIS ROLE INCLUDES:
- Online advertising campaigns
- Marriott website including auditing and other relevant marketing channels
- Local and regional third party relationship
THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Act at the primary point person for all local and regional third party accounts
- Plan and execute tactical marketing plan through strategic channels according to brand strategies
