Job Summary
- Define the product roadmap prioritize the backlog based on business value and align market demand requirements.
- Lead the design process from wireframes to high-fidelity interactive mockups using (e.g. Figma). Ensure all designs adhere to usability standards.
- Utilize AI-powered development environments (such as Cursor Windsurf or ) to translate designs into functional code-based prototypes. This involves vibe coding iterative prompt-based development to build front-end components and logic.
- Conduct usability testing sessions with users. Use your functional prototypes to gather high-signal feedback before committing full-scale engineering resources.
- Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure a seamless handoff. Your prototypes should serve as the living specification that reduces ambiguity during the production build.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management Product Design or a hybrid technical role within a tech environment.
- Advanced mastery of Figma or Adobe XD.
- Proven ability to build functional web/mobile interfaces using AI-assisted coding tools.
- A strong understanding of modern web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript frameworks) to guide AI output effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and user feedback into actionable product features.
- Exceptional command of English (written and verbal). Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
- A bachelors degree in computer science Design Business or a related field.
