Job Summary
As an Editor at PR Newswire (a Cision company) which dedicated to news distribution you will focus on proofreading gaining insight into the significance of press releases while developing expertise in the fields of Public Relations and Media. Youll communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients collaborating with the regional team to support our clients while staying updated on the latest news across various industries in APAC.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Format client press releases proofread documents with speed and accuracy;
Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases;
Ensure all client requests are handled to the highest customer service standards;
Ensure that the teams routine workflow runs smoothly and that tasks are managed properly;
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding on distribution platforms and processes;
Maintain seamless collaboration with colleagues in other functions and provide help as needed;
Provide regular (daily weekly) feedback of operations activities to Supervisor.
Desired Skills and Experience:
1 year working experience is preferredFresh Graduates are also considered;
Confident inMandarinis essential with required ability in reading and writingSimplified Chinese;
High proficiency in writtenEnglishis a must;
Highlyself-motivatedwith energy andaccountability;
Feel comfortable interacting with people.
Work Arrangements:
5 days a week 8 hours a day plus 1 hour meal time;
Feel comfortable forshift rostering: morning and afternoon shifts (e.g. 08:00-17:00/ 09:00-18:00/ 13:00-22:00) weekend shifts (e.g. Wednesday to Sunday or Tuesday to Saturday) and occasional overtime during peak periods(NO overnight shifts)
